2027 Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge

The Make-A-Wish Trailblaze Challenge is an unforgettable experience where participants hike 28 miles in one day through the beautiful mountains of Big Bear to help grant wishes for children facing critical illnesses.
The Compass Wish Makers team proudly takes on this challenge year after year because it is about so much more than hiking. It is about hope, community, connection, purpose, and doing something truly meaningful for children and families who need joy during incredibly difficult times.
Along the journey, team members train together, encourage one another, build lasting friendships, and discover they are capable of far more than they imagined. Whether you are an experienced hiker or simply looking for a meaningful personal challenge, Trailblaze has a way of changing people from the inside out.
